Mr Peter W. Kifunguomali (41)

Chief Executive Officer / Board Secretary
He is a holder of a Master’s Degree in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree in Project Planning and Management from Mzumbe University, 2007. He started his career with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism before joining NBC Bank and LAPF Pensions Fund. Prior to his current role, he was Head of the Planning Section with the Public Service Social Security Pensions Fund (PSSSF) since September 2018. He also sat on the Company Board from July 2017 to June 2019.

Mr. Joel Chikoma (36)

Manager Finance and Account
Mr. Chikoma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tumaini University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA (T}) 2013 and a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP). He has five years of working experience after joining the Company in October 2015 as an Accountant/Investment Officer. He previously worked with TANROADS as an accountant for two years and thereafter joined World Vision International as Finance and Administration Officer.

Ms. Rose Aloyce Osima (40 years – Tanzanian)

Manager Support Function IT, HR & Administration
Ms Osima holds a degree in Information and Communication Technology (B.Sc. ICT) from the Open University Tanzania. She is also a holder of a certificate in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Dar- es-Salaam Computing Centre 2008, a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. She joined the Company in 2008 as an IT Assistant-cum-Secretary. In January 2011 she was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. She also serves as IT Specialist for the Company.

Ms. Nancy C. Msisi (37 years – Tanzanian)

Assistant Officer HR &ADM
Ms. Nancy C. Msisi joined the Company in April 2017 from EXIM Bank as an Office Management Assistant, (OMA). Ms. Msisi held the following qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, from Macmaine School of Business and Computing. She completed High School, at Crane High School in Uganda 2007.
